Human Resources Coordinator

Provides administrative support to HR generalists across most functional areas of Human Resources, such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, and employee relations. Specializes in employee beneifts and leave administration. Performs routine administrative tasks in support of HRIS to maintain employee records. Responsible for informing employees of changes and communications within area of specialty. Conducts new hire orientation meetings. Maintains confidentiality of employee information.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must have good attention to detail and be well organized. Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Basic knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and HRIS system knowledge preferred.
0-3 years of related experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. While there is opportunity for a flexible schedule and occasional remote work, this is not a remote work position.
