Description
A Lawn Technician is responsible for completing production of lawn care services to residential properties and providing the Unmatched Customer Experience to all clientele. We're looking for honest, self-motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team!
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We will provide all the paid training necessary to make you a successful Lawn Technician.
- Responsible for providing lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest control products to residential customers
- Service 15-25 residential lawns per day
- Start time 6:45am-7am, end time between 3pm-5pm
- Communicate with customers and provide a great experience
- Complete paperwork, detailed notes and invoices
- Use company software and mobile tablets to complete in field work
- Perform property evaluations and recommendations based off diagnosis
- Opportunity for in field sales (10% commission on produced services)

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk on an average of 8-10 miles on a consistent basis
- Able to work in all-weather types
- Saturday availability
