The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for tracking, administering and maintaining customer contracts and other associated activities throughout contract lifecycles. Successful candidates must be able to consistently and accurately take timely and appropriate steps to facilitate full compliance against customers’ contractual obligations and ensure accurate and timely reporting to our partners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Track customer contract performance and maintain reporting database
- Invoice for contractual shortfalls and record-keep invoice and payment data
- Track and administer early contract terminations
- Provide timely and accurate payment reporting to our bank partners and Finance
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve issues and provide guidance on contract performance
Expected Areas of Competence
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of contract management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Effective cross-group collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and applied analytical skills.
- Highly proficient and experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, self-starter willing and able to meet critical deadlines.
- Knowledge of the medical device business and products preferred.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Travel Requirements
Up to 5%
