The facilities supervisor is directly responsible for planning, scheduling and coordination of facilities work & services performed on buildings throughout multiple campuses. Additionally, responsible for supervision of Vendor and project management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Extensive work within the computerized maintenance management system OFFICE SPACE Leads facility department team members in evaluation of facilities work orders to estimate spare parts, tools, internal labor and external service to optimize repairs. Conducts periodic inspections of work order documentation to ensure completion and accuracy of office space records. Coordinates all aspects of external service provider activities (e.g. quotes, parts and timing). Responsible for continuous improvement activities associated with facility department. Including training activities and skill development for team members Prioritizes facilities work orders & projects and coordinates execution of required activities with stakeholders and facilities team members. Conducts periodic and annual performance evaluations of direct report team members. Develops and prepares KPI reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual business requirements.Education/Experience Requirements
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.- Minimum of 6 years combined functional and/or military experience
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 3 years leadership experience preferred; may include military leadership experience.
