Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room bookings as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hospitality setting

- Previous experience in hotel or resort environments
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management and night audit procedures
