Zions Bancorporation is accepting applications for a Commercial Card Implementations Representative to join the team. Bankcard Products & Services partners with the affiliate banks to provide operational and servicing support to our credit and debit card client. In addition, Bankcard drives product development and marketing initiatives as part of the overall Bancorp strategy to promote portfolio growth.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Responsible for managing new client implementations, including conducting client calls, documenting client specific requirements for account set-up, reporting, account code integration and any customization, establishing accounts, configuring Visa systems and performing user training.
Manages implementation workflow and problem resolution.
Functions as the dedicated client service support and solution delivery Commercial Card clients for all processors, proactive client account monitoring and management of complex inquires or inquiries that require extensive research and analysis.
Acts as client focal point with clients Commercial Card Program Administrators and Executive Sponsors.
Has full oversight to resolve client system issues until fully resolved.
Ensures that client satisfaction and confidence in products and services are maintained.
May act as a consultant with clients, making recommendations on bankcard system configurations that will best suit the clients needs.
Responsible for ensuring that all communications are accurate, comprehensive, and professional. Provides management reports as required.
Designs and executes detailed project plans and strategies tailored to desired client outcomes with.
Drafts and manages technical requirements.
Coordinates with client's third-parties as applicable.
Responsible for processing approved credit packages.
Prepares contractual documents as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a college degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
2 years of bankcard products and services, client account services support management within the bankcar industry.
Some general bankcard operations or other directly related experience.
A combination of experience and education may meet requirements.
Proficient knowledge of bankcard implementations and account management.
Full knowledge of the bankcard product line and its applications, general bankcard operations knowledge helpful.
Working knowledge of related computer systems and software.
Solid project management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop customized solutions.
Proven client relationship skills.
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid analysis and judgment skills.
Possess proficiency-level skills in MS Office Suite products.
