Zito Media is seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in the Coudersport office. As a primary customer point of contact, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls for our video, voice, and high-speed Internet services. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing sales transactions, scheduling install work orders, and demonstrating upsell capabilities to add additional units on sales opportunities. You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-based sales environment and be expected to continually demonstrate superior sales skills. Requirements include proficiency in PC skills, previous sales experience of at least 1 year, preferably phone-based, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work flexible or extended shifts as necessary. Experience with telecommunications products and call center environments is a plus.
