Must Haves - BSN degree in Nursing/ADN (associate degree in Nursing)

*Minimum of 1-year experience in a hospital setting (Ortho-Spine, Cardiac telemetry PCU, Main OR, Peri OP, CVOR - cardiovascular operating room - $20k sign-on bonus, Medical ICU, Renal Telemetry days and nights Surgical trauma days, Operating room surgical)

*Has a WA license or is willing to relocate to WA

• 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts bonus eligible
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts bonus eligible
• 36 hours per week, 8-hour day shift bonus eligible
• 36 hours per week, 8-hour evening shifts bonus eligible
• 32 hours per week, 8-hour evening shifts bonus eligible
• 32 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts bonus eligible
• 32 hours per week, 8-hour night shifts bonus eligible
• 20 hours per week, 8-hour evening shifts bonus eligible
• 20 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts bonus eligible
• 28 hours per week, 8-hour night shift bonus eligible

We will consider local candidates who want to relocate to WA state. We will consider TN visa candidates from Mexico or Canada.

We will consider new grads with less than 6 months acute care hospital experience who can be brough into a residency program.

*Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development, and unit orientation with specialty-trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduates professional development through their first year of practice.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
