This Kansas City-based role will support our North American team.
Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be delivering world-class support to our sales team and global marketing team as we execute sales and marketing campaigns in North America.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll play an integral part in a range of projects to support our rapidly growing business.
Examples of what the role will entail are:
- Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates, focusing on skills and career development.
- Work with digital and creative teams to support marketing initiatives through advertising, social media, podcasts, email campaigns and webinars.
- Project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiative; setting expectations for stakeholders.
- Launch and oversee marketing initiatives, advertising, and media planning as required
- Evaluate and develop projects that will help obtaining new business, growing existing business or retain existing business.
- Participate in product launches to ensures that material is developed in time and communicated across the sales team.
- Drive the use of measurement tools for all marketing partners and implement metrics against specific campaigns in-market in terms of cost and % increase in sales during the promotional period.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; OR equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the job
- 10 years of marketing experience, ideally some within CPG (consumer packaged goods)
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
- Minimoon of 2 years project management and campaign leadership
- Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or alternative CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
