We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team to aid in the completion of multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for our Ohio facilities in Columbus and Marysville. This position will manage the functions of both our commercial and residential buildings, project planning, budgeting, and all aspects of maintenance and construction. Job functions are as follows, and are not limited to:
- Monitor and ensure that the facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Perform maintenance service and repairs when needed
- Maintain and coordinate communication with contractors, clients, and our team
- Ensure building compliance with state and federal regulations
- Negotiating bids and contracts for third-party workers
- Coordinating business security and maintenance services
*Interviews for this position will be held between August 2nd-4th in Columbus
Requirements:
- High school diploma- required
- HVAC experience- a plus
- Prior experience in facility maintenance and construction
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Ability to travel between facility locations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Goal-oriented, organized team-player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hours of Operation:
Monday- Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
