Therefore, the team is in need of a Document Control/Product Recall Coordinator to help with executing product recall, mass mailing customer letters, tracking receipts, and progress report. In this position, you are Responsible for the required maintenance of ZOLL Documentation, Training, Product Recall Admin, and Calibration processes. Manages filing and updating information quality system documentation Manages the database controlling documentation. Files and maintains the standards library Files and maintains the calibration database Files and maintains all product recall-related records Responsible for all product recall-related administrative/reporting tasks Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments. Manages complex document control projects like labeling revision and localization Maintains the training database Supports general administrative functions as needed Provide support for regulatory affairs (as needed).
