What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Zona Coffee Company?
We are looking for someone who is friendly, personable and has awesome barista skills to work at our store location in Chandler from 6am to 9am Mon - Fri and to also operate our coffee cart during special events.
This person should also have an entrepreneur mindset as we would like to have someone who is wanting to help grow a business with potential partial ownership opportunities available.
Pay at store is $16hr to 18hr plus tips.
Pay working the coffee cart will be the same hourly rate but you will also receive 5% of all sales from the cart plus tips.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
