Position Details:

Our client is looking for a well-rounded IT Support Specialist with experience and knowledge writing SQL queries within ERP software as well as the ability to provide remote help desk technical support to staff end-users.
What you'll do as the IT & SQL/ERP Specialist
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Maintenance client's Infor ERP system's overall health (15 users - expected to double).
- Writing SQL queries
- Modifying built-in reports to suit end-user needs.
- Administration of IT systems
- Phone/remote based support of end users (remote staff)
- AWS hosted email maintenance and support
- Occasional on-prem server administration and break/fix
- Responding to any other tech-related requests, as needed
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any relevant field
- 2 plus years of experience with SQL
- Experience maintaining company ERP (Info preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and and reporting skills
- 7 year criminal background and employment check.
