Position Overview
The Cisco SMARTnet Specialist is responsible for supporting the overall efforts of the sales team. This involves, but is not limited to, quoting, renewals, and rebates of Cisco SMARTnet to clients by supporting the sales team. Other job responsibilities include understanding all the Cisco programs and rebate programs, attending required conference calls.

The SmartNet Specialist is primarily responsible for:- Manage Cisco Smart Net Total Care, Portal adoption opportunities for our top end customers.
- Develop compelling and effective programs and collateral to support Zones Cisco Smart Net Total Care strategy.
- As the subject matter expert, provide guidance on the best Cisco Smart Net Total Care strategy to embrace in order to reach target segments.
- Develop and support communication roadmap for all process, programs and announcements, internally and externally.
- Build relationships and work closely with partner's representatives to execute programs and remain appraised of partner's solutions.
- Actively participate in IBLM campaigns to uncover potential Smart Net Total Care opportunities.
- Develop and maintain levels of expertise in Cisco Smart Net Total Care products, programs and policies in order to support and enable the Sales organization, and customers.
- Proactively drive top-line revenue for Cisco Smart Net Total Care to achieve sales and team goals, through outbound calling and collaborating with Zones Sales teams.
- Maintain tracking data and manage progression on CRM pipeline, deal registration, and open quotes with a primary focus on bringing opportunities to close.
- Participate in the development and execution of Cisco Smart Net Total Care marketing programs and strategies
- Assist the PPM Manager and partner representative to create programs to drive sales increases of Cisco Smart Net Total Care products.
- Act as the main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for all internal sales questions pertaining to Cisco Smart Net Total Care products and programs.

- BA/BS in a related field
- Cisco Certification for Completion on Service Contract Center
- Cisco Product Essentials Certification
- Cisco Service Sales Best Practices Certification
- Cisco Sales Expert Program (CSEP E-Learning v4.0)
- Cisco Service Training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
