Position Overview
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for managing focused joint partner marketing campaigns across multiple vendors that will ultimately drive sales and gross margin. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with attention to detail, background in email marketing, and proven success partnering with distinct stakeholders to execute campaigns. You will work closely with US-based marketing campaigns, partner marketing, and creative services teams to streamline campaign execution.
This position will report to the Sr Marketing Manager, Campaigns and Operations (US), and is based in our Pakistan office with the ability to work remotely after probation period is completed.

The Marketing Campaign Manager Is Primarily Responsible For:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that are aligned to digital demand generation, partner goals, and sales objectives (pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals).
- Act as project manager to ensure campaign deliverables provided by Partner Marketing and Creative Services teams within specific timelines. project manager to ensure campaign deliverables
- Orchestrate marketing programs to key target accounts and accelerate them through the sales engagement process.
- Driving significant pipeline from focused joint partner marketing campaigns around SMB, MM, and Enterprise accounts and key partners
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple campaigns at a time, sometimes with short turnaround deadlines
- Cross-collaborate with partner marketing, creative services, and sales teams
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.
- Ensuring organization brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including landing page analysis and evaluation of KPIs and maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Executes monthly campaign tasking responsibilities to key individuals involved in monthly campaigns using Microsoft Planner.
- Understand how to develop and proof emails in marketing automation tool, as backup to email marketing specialist
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science required
Required Experience:
- 5 years in a marketing role, preferably in B2B demand marketing
- Must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven campaign selection and analysis
- A track record of solving complex problems, driving, and demonstrating business results
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications deliverables
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
