The role of Campaign Specialist will have the opportunity to shape the future of Outbound Marketing and be part of the "ZoomInfo for ZoomInfo" team. Our fast-growing Revenue Generation team values a tightly aligned relationship with the Sales, continuous learning and improvement, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and self-motivation to optimize operational processes that scale revenue growth.
As the Campaign Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Campaigns, and will be responsible for:
The responsibilities of this opportunity include:
- Developing multi-touch campaigns to include email marketing, call activity, direct mail and field support as needed
- Passion for both the art and science of outbound marketing
- Combine critical thinking and creativity to Identify new segments to target with our evolving product suite, new buying personas, and sales promotions
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop and execute sales campaigns to strategic segments to support strategic growth
- Strategizing ways to create more efficient processes for campaign management and campaign performance
- Write engaging sales copy to generate meetings, build pipeline and help accelerate win rate
- Critical thinking and creative approach to driving high value campaigns
- Understanding of campaign performance KPIs (email open rates, reply rates, click to open, etc) and campaign attribution
- Data analysis and ability to work in Excel, SFDC, and provide input for writing requirements for SQL queries
- Work with senior executive team and external stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (preferred focus on business, economics, or marketing) and at least 1 years of relevant experience
- General understanding of email marketing best practices, sales processes and sales development tools preferred
- Familiar with B2B martech/salestech vendors and programs
- Experience with the following technologies preferred: ZoomInfo product suite, Salesforce, Outreach, FrontSpin, Asana/project management tool, Google apps, Microsoft Office suite
- Impressive organizational skills with strong attention-to-detail and quality control
- Excellent communicator, in person and in print
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once and problem solve under pressure
- Team player with ability to facilitate and own cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change
