The Regional Sales Manager helps drive profitable revenue growth of the company through direct sales to new customers and relationship management. This role uses consultative selling skills and industry knowledge to ethically educate and persuade clients to use ZRT testing services.
This role is tasked with two primary objectives: 1) acquisition of and engagement with qualified new prospects for ZRT through online properties and 2) retention and growth of existing customer business through ongoing digital engagement.
An understanding of marketing automation systems and digital processes will be essential for this position to be successful. The right person for this role will also have a keen understanding of how to engage with both prospects and customers via digital channels to support business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the social calendar for all non-paid social posts and respond to questions, comments, and feedback from engagement.
- Build, manage and deploy email engagement campaigns using marketing automation software.
- Build, publish and manage landing pages, and maintain recorded assets for the digital education program.
- Recruit attendees, coordinate logistics, host live webinar sessions and produce finished recorded assets for the webinar program.
- Compile monthly performance reports utilizing a coordinated collection of various data points – Google Analytics, marketing automation, internal sales database and Meltwater
- Coordinate with department and company resources as necessary to develop content – i.e., with sales for promotional messages, with design for digital elements.
- Maintain social media presence and advertising campaigns on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Update and maintain marketing content on our secure company website.
- Help manage keyword strategy and coordinate PPC, link building, page rank and organic SEO.
- Manage all PPC, remarketing and related paid marketing campaigns
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or five or more years of applicable experience.
- Experience creating marketing for websites and/or CMS systems.
- Experience working on marketing automation systems, building workflows, building email campaigns and lead generation promotions.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google tag manager, associated analytics, and common social media platforms
- Experience with digital services such as GoToWebinar, SlideShare, Vimeo, and SurveyMonkey
- Experience with editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of development processes and capabilities for websites and email
- Knowledge of new/emerging digital marketing technologies, trends, and techniques
- Good eye for design, feel for user experience and understanding of brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at once and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Must be self-directed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal relations and conflict resolution skills required.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Must have a positive, "winning" attitude.

- CMS system coding experience a plus
- Experience using Meltwater or other social scheduling and listening platforms is a plus
