Zscaler is looking for a Manager, GTM Strategy & Programs Office to join our Revenue Enablement & Velocity (REV) Team. This team provides thought leadership, strategy and execution to deliver revenue enablement & business growth in Zscaler's GTM Organization. They are involved with accelerating all emerging products & routes to revenue GTM process’ through a strategic programmatic lens, inclusive of collaboration with all Zscaler GTM teams. They manage a GTM programs office that funnels all REV GTM requests (product & strategy) through a single team, ensures adequate service to all necessary groups, and ties all resources to our sales methodology & frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning for the GTM Strategy & Programs Office Team: design, facilitate, and spearhead the planning process to enable strategic decision makingDemonstrate a deep understanding of what moves the needle; in addition to partnering with Product stakeholders to manage the program lifecycle from conception to launch, be savvy enough to push back on program priorities and know how to execute on outcomes with the highest impact – and when to pull back when something should be deprioritized
Identify work efforts, milestones, and dependencies across portfolios of work and recommend opportunities to do the work better, faster and with greater impact
Lead high visibility and complex programs with the ability to see the larger picture, conduct regular reviews to clear blockers, escalate key decisions, provide recommendations and solutions, and maintain stakeholder alignment
Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress on projects - seeing around corners is an everyday part of the job
Initiate strategic & creative efforts to build programs to activate opportunities for revenue generation
Further enhance prioritization model to evaluate intake requests against GTM priorities and greatest opportunities for revenue generation
Work with various stakeholders (Product Leadership, etc.) to ensure all launches have a comprehensive/strategic lens to enable all groups at a role based level
Build all Bill of Materials requirements (from courses, to content, to training), launch & rollout to different groups we enable: Sales, SE/SA, CS/Renewals, Partner/Alliance, Customer, Professional Services, Global Customer Support
Work closely with the Learning Experience & Design (LED) Team to create a comprehensive learning & seller enablement strategy and roadmap; proactively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders and gain buy-in from to drive adoption of the strategy
Coach, develop and mentor team to continually improve service, support, and leadership skills
Develop innovative solutions and will oversee strategy on multiple priority initiatives and programs
Continuously analyze team processes and workflow to ensure optimal solutions are implemented
Develop an understanding of key business drivers and effectively incorporates them into the strategy and workflow
Effectively communicate strategy, workflow, impact and challenges with business partners at all levels
Lead projects to automate & improve team processes
Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of company OKRs
5 years sales enablement with SaaS companies5 years of Program Management/Project Management experience
Demonstrate competency in a variety of program management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
Exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
Proven experience writing and editing executive level communications and reports
Ability to influence at executive level, internal and external stakeholders
Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, and risk
Experience in process improvement
Well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure
Experience using Asana, or other PM tools
Proven ability to lead projects and independently scope, prioritize and execute initiatives
A strong understanding of the different GTM roles and enablement needs in B2B SaaS companies
Demonstrated experience building, forming, and leading functional teams with strong leadership skills
Excellent cross-functional business partner management, trust building, and verbal/written communication skills are essential
Strong attention to detail, time management, and proven ability to multitask effectively
Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of influencing results
Consistent and provable history of program creation and delivery with specific examples
Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of the problem and develop the appropriate solution
Strong ability to analyze, interpret and act upon data
Open to travel (domestic and international)
