Job Description
We seek a Technical Solutions Consultant to join Zscalers high growth emerging products Take-Off Team. Take-Off Teams are fast-moving cross-functional product go-to-market teams built to accelerate the adoption of Zscaler innovations in threat prevention, data protection, and visibility. Take-Off Team products represent areas of cybersecurity innovation leadership. You will be a vital team member to accelerate getting these innovations to our customers and solving their cyber security challenges.
The technical solutions consultant will create technically qualified opportunities for these emerging services by engaging customers and prospects.
The technical solutions consultant will:
- Initiate outreach using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other innovative methods to identify potential customers as follow-up to marketing leads, to identify decision makers and key influencers within accounts
- Qualify accounts: by understanding the needs, pain points and urgency, conducting discovery, and technically qualify them
- Win and equip champions with compelling value propositions that demonstrate the value of Zscaler solutions, along with technical and business justifications
Partner with solution architects and sales engineers to ensure opportunity follow-up, progression and close
Qualifications
Skills and experience required:
- 2 years of experience selling technical solutions to IT audiences
- Strong technical and business acumen to quickly learn about new products and technologies, and their value
- Ability to source and qualify opportunities, find target audiences, understand needs, and develop persuasive technical solutions and business cases

Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time position is $129,500 to $185,000 bonus equity benefits.
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
