Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect with specialized experience in K-12 and educational projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of educational facilities, ensuring innovative and functional spaces that enhance the learning environment.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to understand project requirements and goals.
· Lead the design process, translating concepts into feasible architectural solutions for K-12 and educational facilities.
· Develop detailed project plans, including architectural drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate all project components seamlessly.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes, educational facility standards, and other regulatory requirements.
· Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
· Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to achieve successful project delivery.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in educational architecture.
Requirements:
1. Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure.
2. Proven experience as a Project Architect with a focus on K-12 and educational projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
4. Strong understanding of educational facility planning and design principles.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to lead and guide design teams effectively.
7. Familiarity with sustainable design practices in educational architecture.
8. Experience working with educational institutions, school districts, and relevant stakeholders.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
