Responsibilities for an Scheduler:
- Ensure every prospective applicant has a positive experience with our company.
- Assist in entering daily reports from recruiters in each city.
- Managing applicant tracking system
- Answers texts and emails, schedules, and confirms appointments, and inputs applicant data into company systems.
- Assisting in any admin tasks assigned to you
Position Qualifications for an Scheduler:
- Computer skills
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure
