Key responsibilities; Identifies and actively seeks out brands, trends, products, and white space that represent our customer’s needs Negotiates with cross-functional partners and brands Leader in Brand Management: Responsible for setting the example for sharing with vendors Creates a strategic business plan for vendors that is nimble and flexible to shift as business needs evolve Builds strong relationships with vendors, focusing on vendor management and development Leadership: Is a role model; thought of as the go to person; steps up and leads meetings and trainings Is a passionate negotiator and shares knowledge with the team as coach and mentor What you bring to the role; Minimum of 2 years’ buying experience or relevant retail experience, Demonstrated understanding of merchandising financials and the ability to manage profitability Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Join us as we enrich life’s everyday moments – including yours.
