Zumbrota Ford is looking for YOU! As an Assistant Parts Manager this is the ideal position for a knowledgeable and energetic person who has a passion for automotive parts and believes in taking care of the customer and the power of teamwork.
Job Functions:
- Immediately greet all internal and external customers as they approach your department.
- Match alpha-numerical sequences when delivering parts to customers and employees.
- Assist with inventory and processing incoming merchandise.
- Generate estimates for our customers and internal staff.
- Oversee the parts sale process from start to finish.
- Answer phone calls; provide price quotes and other information to customers.
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure the accuracy of stock.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.

Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must be able to stand for 3-4 hours at a time

Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to take verbal and/or written direction and work independently with limited supervision
- Friendly and professional both in demeanor and appearance
- Previous Parts experience
