Zurich is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst. In this exciting opportunity you will leverage and expand your knowledge of Human Resources while supporting both Compensation and Benefits in a variety of projects and responsibilities. The preferred location for this role is hybrid in our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL, however, will consider the role to be virtual within the U.S.
Key Accountabilities:
Collaborates in plan and program administration for compensation and benefits, may conduct market research, plan analysis, and monitor compensation and benefit trends.
Analyzes, discusses and presents findings and trends concisely and effectively.
Responsible for various compensation and benefits reporting/audit needs (i.e. regulatory or plan/program management).
Participates in projects and problem analysis for implementation of new or revised compensation and benefit plans or programs.
Participates in compensation surveys including the evaluation and determination of appropriate benchmark matches, analyzes and reports results and maintains data in compensation management systems.
Conducts ad-hoc market pricing/pay range development and salary analysis as requested.
Prepares appropriate documentation of established benefits policy, timely submission/distribution of all legal filings and required communications.
Responsible for year-end performance management communications, system enhancements, testing and close out support
SOP development as needed
Responsible for invoice management
Participate in annual enrollment activities
Reviews and maintains Total Rewards communications on our intranet for accuracy, compliance with plan rules and updated legislative requirements.
Responsible for taking the minutes at benefit committee meetings
Serves as a point of escalation on compensation and benefits issues both internally and externally.
Required:
Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Compensation Program Design, Job Evaluation, and Salary Surveys area OR plan management/administration in Compensation, Employee Benefits or HR.OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Compensation Program Design, Job Evaluation, and Salary Surveys area OR plan management/administration in Compensation, Employee Benefits or HR.OR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Compensation Program Design, Job Evaluation, and Salary Surveys area OR plan management/administration in Compensation, Employee Benefits or HR.AND
Experience with large volumes of data, drawing insights and presenting findings
Preferred:
Knowledge of labor and fair employment laws centered around pay practices or related HR experience
2 or more years experience with HRIS and compensation systems and compensation administration
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel and Access
Strong attention to detail
Ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced globally complex, customer focused environment
Consultative skills and the ability to build strong working relationships

The salary range for this role is $62,200-$77,700. This is the range Zurich NA in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
