Zurichs Business Transformation team is currently seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support our business units with their prioritized operating plan efforts. This position will ideally be aligned to the North American Headquarters located in Schaumburg, IL, but we will also consider a well-qualified individual to work remotely or from one of our US offices.

As part of the Business Transformation team, you will have an opportunity to:

• Bring your business practices and process skills to identify improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and aligning across business areas.

• Drive planning, managing, tracking, and executing projects that deliver high quality impact and timely results to the business.

• Partner across the business to identify, develop, and implement change management strategies; act as a change agent in the implementation of initiatives that support strategic and operational priorities.

The Senior Solutions Consultant will:

• Drive prioritized initiatives with individual business areas supporting their operating plan efforts

• Utilize business, technology, organizational change, and collaborative skills to work with business owners and cross-functional resources to develop and implement solutions.

• Lead projects of small to medium size and complexity, participate in larger size projects with guidance from manager, drives project planning, change management planning, stakeholder engagement and reporting for assigned projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Project Management areaOR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Project Management areaAND

• Knowledge in organizational design and development

• Experience leading organizational change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant insurance industry designations and certifications

• MBA

• Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and how those technologies can be used to improve insurance business processes and transaction processing

• In-depth knowledge of the tools, concepts, methodologies and techniques of business process reengineering, change management, performance metrics and measures, customer assessment, cost/benefit analysis, benchmarking, process mapping/simulation, data collection, problem identification and interpretation

• Broad-based knowledge of insurance industry including knowledge of insurance business processes and processing

• Advance Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to develop collaborative relationships

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from entry level to senior leaders

• Data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Processing Consulting experience

• Underwriting or Insurance Operations experience.

The salary range for this role is $84,900-$106,100. This is the range Zurich NA in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
