RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and/or support projects from concept to conclusion, including management for equipment, personnel, budget and time
Analyze, generate, modify and/or optimize the processes, systems and layouts; through measurement and data interpretation
Support with bottleneck analysis and generate strategies for line balancing (structure, focus on communication, implementation step by step and concept stabilization)
Align the process activities to applicable standards and guarantee the KPIs fulfillment
Perform the risk assessment and manage cost and time restrictions (cycle time and takt time)
Follow up with documents and shop floor for the correct implementation and processes fulfillment (provide training and/or workships sessions)
Develop, document, and standardize processes and procedures for future equipment and workflows (setup, charge over, troubleshooting, etc.)
Facilitate meetings with cross functional teams to understand the risks, define action plans and drive to resolutions (Procurement, Quality, Engineering, etc.)
Assist with training personnel on equipment, processes, and procedures
Manage external, internal, and capital project costs
Plan and moderate FMEA's, safety reviews, and installation workshops
To work according of the I.M.S. including ISO 9K, 45K, 14K, 27K, and 22301
Required Skills:
3 years of experience with process management (strong knowledge of line balancing, automatization)
2 years of experience with Project management (PMI, Agile, Scrum or similar)
Analysis of industrial engineering (labor, volume and costs).
Enigneering motion analysis (MOST, 3M, Work Factor and/or similar)
Knowledge of assembly processes, operational and process validation
Strong management skills tools for timelines development / Follow up
PMP Certified or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
PMI Certification (desired)
