Appoints Industry Veteran Alys Reynders Scott as Chief Marketing Officer

Scott Brings 20 Years Marketing Experience in the Software Segment with Expertise in SaaS Applications, Human Capital Management Industry, and HR Customers Relationships

With more than 20 years in the software sector, the most recent decade working directly within the compensation and expanded talent management arena, Scott joins the Company with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, fast-changing industry dynamics and the human resources customer base.

Scott joins after nine years with PeopleFluent, a leading worldwide SaaS provider of talent management solutions, where she was SVP and Chief Marketing Officer. During her tenure with the business, revenue grew from $15 million to $120 million through acquisition and double digit organic growth every year. In her role, she drove product positioning and marketing, working closely with industry analysts, and built go-to-market, vertical market, digital marketing, customer and partnership success strategies in support of bookings growth. Prior to PeopleFluent, Scott served in senior management roles at Geac, International Data Group, Miller Shandwick and JWP. She has experience in new company launch, pre-IPO and international public company business strategies and has led functional groups across marketing, customer success, corporate communications and investor relations. Scott began her career in advertising in New York, working for Wells, Rich Greene and Young and Rubicam.
