Salary.com’s Director of DE&I Lenna Turner & Employment Attorney Heather Bussing to Present at WorldatWork’s Workplace Equity Forum on May 19, 2021

WALTHAM, MA (May 13, 2021) – Lenna Turner, Salary.com’s Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and employment attorney Heather Bussing of Bussing Law will present at WorldatWork’s Workplace Equity Forum, taking place virtually May 19-20, 2021. Their presentation Identifying the Gaps: How to Conduct a DE&I Audit, will take place on Wednesday, May 19 at 2pm ET.

Lenna and Heather will share legal and organizational perspectives, reviewing how HR professionals can conduct a DE&I audit that provides a clear path forward. Leading an internal review of systems and culture through a DE&I lens helps organizations create a shared portrait of their state and offers strategic direction and measurement.
