This policy describes the terms under which customers may cancel subscriptions and request refunds for Salary.com solutions. This is applicable to Marketplace purchases only.
Customers may cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial subscription start date unless otherwise stated in an applicable order form or master services agreement.
Cancellation requests must be in writing by contacting Customer Support via Email at support@salary.com.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion and are subject to the following conditions:
To cancel a subscription:
1. Submit a cancellation request in writing through an email to Customer Support: support@salary.com
2. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified
3. Access to the SaaS platform will terminate upon the effective cancellation date
Failure to cancel prior to renewal for multi-year subscriptions will result in continued billing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Refund processing timelines may vary based on payment provider and internal review requirements.
