Description Position Tasks & Activities: Coordinate with Operations Manager and Office Coordinator on schedules and manpower needs. Assign daily workload and maintain warehouse inventory control. Ensure vehicles are safe for operation and supervise warehouse and delivery personnel. Assist staff with issues and support sales staff with complaints or emergencies. Oversee equipment cleaning, repair, and upkeep; monitor equipment failures and safety violations. Meet with management to discuss policies and improvements. Train staff on delivery practices, loading/unloading procedures, and equipment maintenance. Handle and verify paperwork, COD funds, and customer signatures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and government requirements. Represent the department in management meetings.
