Job Description Job Description Essential Functions: To provide assistance with incoming and outgoing mail and packages from the various service providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, etc.) for residents and on-island entities. Concierge type environment with a heavy focus on customer service. Responsibilities: Sort and distribute incoming mail to various on-island entities and personnel. Apply postage and give outgoing mail to an onsite USPS representative. Pick up and deliver inter-departmental correspondence. Deliver expedited mail (i.e., Fed Ex, UPS) to the addressee. Organize and store packages for pick up in the package storage area. Keep a daily log of mail deliveries. Comply with all established policies and procedures (i.e., appearance, attendance, conduct, etc.) Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Perform other duties as requested.
