JOB SUMMARY Directs, coordinates and implements scheduled workload for specified Focus Factory. Assigns the work to specific work areas in order to complete the production on time and available on the required shipment dates. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the general production of the plant operations to maximize productivity and efficiency. Accountable for all team metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the focus factory Maintain good lines of communication between other supervisors.
