Position Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee the operations at the Nederland HyCO facility. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the facility. This role is accountable for meeting variable cost and capital budget goals. The Operations Manager works with the Maintenance and with the Reliability teams to ensure that the operating units meet their reliability targets. The Operations Manager ensures that the facility maintains compliance with all required governmental regulations. Job Scope: The facility consists of an Oxygen/Natural Gas fed Auto-Thermal Reformer (ATR), Amine system, Dryers, and a Cold box PSA system to purify Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide. There will be approximately 47 employees and 27 contractors on site supporting operations, maintenance, and engineering activities.
