The designer will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, researching and brainstorming. The designer will experience the innovation process of projects in many different mediums, and it is the designer's role to communicate ideas in the form of presentations, web media, print media and prototypes. Successful Distribution Designer candidates will have interest in developing construction work packages for electric distribution systems and 3rd party make-ready analysis using various software systems and construction standards. Distribution systems may be in an OH, UG, or URD environment. Work packages will be developed using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools, Work Management Systems (WMS), and other client systems.
