Job Description Job Description Looking for a part-time accountant/bookkeeper to handle the following tasks: Write ups/bank reconciliations for certain clientele using both Quickbooks Online/Desktop Tax Preparation using Proseries Payroll Processing, Filings, and Registrations for numerous states Sales Tax Filings and Calculations Quarterly Tax Planning & Projections/Estimated Tax Payments Correspondence/Answering to Notices/occasional Administrative Duties Ideal candidates would have an accounting degree, or working towards one and high familiarity with using Quickbooks. Tax Prep experience is a plus and recommended. Should be able to work at minimum 3 days a week and at least 15 hours a week with more available during tax season.
