Job Description Job Description COUNTER SALE ASSOCIATE (INSIDE - ONSITE) ARC Group is in search of an inside Counter Sales Associate for a client who is part of the largest distributor of HVAC/R equipment parts in the US. The position is onsite in Dublin, CA. The Counter Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our client’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objective by promoting sales to their Customer/Dealer network. You will be handling contractors (no retail) who call in to the center and come into the distribution center/warehouse. This is NOT an outbound cold calling job but one that requires outstanding customer service, understanding the products our client provides and servicing customers while facilitating the sales.
