Generic Description: Develop and implement training and certification programs for NDT personnel at TPI Mexico plants. Develop and implement inspection procedures and NDT methods to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements for blade models manufactured at TPI Mexico facilities. Responsibilities: ▪ Knowledge of blade manufacturing processes (layup, infusion, assembly) and their relation to NDT methods for product certification. ▪ Obtain certification in the NDT inspection services provided by TPI. ▪ Ensure each plant has the necessary equipment for their inspection analyses by conducting capacity studies to determine equipment quantity and spare parts needs. ▪ Define technician workload based on production demands at each plant, as well as their knowledge level of the inspection methods. ▪ Participate in PFMEA and control plan creation for new blade projects and generate PFMEA for NDT systems. ▪ Comply with and contribute to the global NDT strategy and standardiza
