What you will do As a Project Engineer Marine - Security & Communication Systems, you will work closely with the sales, procurement, and engineering team to develop high-impact proposals to position our Company for new business and refitting projects. The proposals generated are for the delivery of integrated products and solutions for Marine Market, Cruise and Navy. The position reports directly to the Marine Vertical Market Leader. How you will do it Accountable for all technical and commercial elements forming the proposal and responsibility for ensuring the associated successful sales and order intake Understanding customer needs and business drivers and translating them into a coherent commercial strategy Evaluation of customer requests for quotations and the formulation of technically and commercially compliant and competitive proposals Preparing appropriate proposal cost and margin analysis, project and business risk analysis, bid approval and handover documentation as required
