**Description** The Assistant Project Specialist provides administrative construction support to EPC and Design-Build project management teams in all phases of design-build projects (pursuit, pre-construction, execution, start-up, etc.). This includes coordinating externally and internally with safety, purchasing, legal, quality, subcontractors, vendors, design and project management.
