**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** As a Heat Treat Operator, you will be responsible for working in an outdoor/covered area, managing a very large 'oven' to fold aluminum wire and prepare it before loading into the machine. You will also be required to dip wire into water as part of the process. + Select, align, and secure holding fixtures and/or cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and material to machines. + Start and observe machine operation during first part production to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions. + Adjust machine controls or other control media as required. + Set-up and operate machines such as hydraulic shear, chop saw, and forklift. + Use gauges, scales, calipers, mylars, blueprints, customer tools, and other measuring equipment to check first part quality. + Track times of each oven run (typically 45-55 mins) and input data into the computer. **Schedule** 5:00am-1:30pm / Monday -Friday **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of constr
