Job Description Job Description The Fitness Equation (“TFE”) is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to provide fitness instruction and programming that improves the lives of our customers. The Personal Trainer reports to the Fitness Director and/or Assistant Fitness Director of the club. Opportunities: Education Reimbursement $25-35 per hour Sales commission. Promotion. Base Salary for certain candidates. Responsibilities: Develop personalized exercise programs consistent with customer fitness and exercise goals.
