Leadman - Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers in work crew, providing assistance to Foreman, while working in the capacity of a journeyman. SUMMARY Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water fixtures and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling and production and processing systems. RESPONSIBILITIES * Selects type and size of pipe and related materials and equipment, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to job specifications. * Inspects worksite to determine presence of obstructions. * Plans sequence on installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other workers. * Cuts pipe using hacksaw, pipe cutter, hammer and chisel, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine. * Threads pipe using threading machine. * Bends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machine. * Mounts p

**Description** Responsible for assembling, layout, installing, and maintaining pipe systems on steam, fluid or gas systems. The Pipe systems may include but not limited to: pipe, flanges, supports, valves, gauges, hangars, and angles. Pipe Fitters may work in all parts of the construction or maintenance site including in buildings, outside, and inside structures, i.e. tanks or boilers. The work may also include working in underground (excavations) areas and working safely at heights of access of 300 ft. Required Qualifications: + Pass a REPCON Pipefitter Assessment + Pass a REPCON Basic Rigging Assessment, or NCCER certified. + Current Basic Orientation Plus (Safety Council card) or within 3 months expiration. + Current TWIC Card + Have three (3) or more years' experience in your craft. + Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance work history and experience. + Fully comprehend and accurately interpret blueprints, construction drawings, technical manuals, and manufacturers' manu
