Important Notice: This position is required to work at some Saturdays due to operation needs. Position Purpose: The Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is responsible for supporting the Dentist(s) in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients at the clinic. The RDA assists dentists and dental hygienists in providing high-quality oral health services in a compassionate and culturally sensitive manner. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, inventory control of instruments, supplies, infection control and assisting with dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions. The RDA also educates patients on oral hygiene practices, schedules appointments, maintains patient records, and ensures compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
