This job will have the following responsibilities: Lead and manage the food safety and QA team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP and SQF. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Train and mentor team members on food safety protocols and best practices. Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify potential food safety risks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food safety practices. Maintain detailed records and reports related to food safety and quality assurance activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
