What you will do This role will oversee projects at the Long Beach Civic and Long Beach Courthouse from their planning phase through their financial close. This person must be well organized, can learn and understand different contract methodologies, maintain great relationship with clients, plan necessary work while responding to corrective issues with an efficient and creative approach.
