Job Description Job Description Director of Operations Job Description: The Director of Operations for AdvancedPCB will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of PCB production operations at military facilities. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance while meeting the unique requirements and challenges of military contracts. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and optimize PCB manufacturing operations at military sites, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. 2. Oversee the entire production process, including PCB fabrication, testing, and quality control, while adhering to strict military specifications and standards. 3. Lead and manage a diverse team of production supervisors, engineers, technicians, and support staff deployed across multiple 3 locations, providing direction, support, and mentorship. 4.

Required Qualifications: * Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering field - new grads welcome to apply * Minimum one-year relevant experience. * Intermediate experience with CAD/CAM systems utilizing solid modeling. * Intermediate experience utilizing an ERP system. * Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment. * Experience working within an ISO environment. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
