All Security Personnel are required to have a State Security Guard Permit as required by state law. This permit is required for all guards working under the License of Defender One, LLC, as well as being required by Licensed State Security Guard Agencies. All guards will be CPR/AED certified, and will receive ongoing training as required by Defender One Management. Handgun Permit (if applicable) is required for all Armed Security Guards. This permit is issued by the State as is required by State Law. All background checks are conducted prior to receiving a State Security Guard Certification. No State Security Guard Certification will be issued by the State if the employee is disqualified. All Security Guards that are issued a State Handgun Permit to be used in the scope of their employment (if applicable) shall be issued same by the state and shall be certified by a state approved Firearms Instructor, prior to the issuance of a State Handgun Permit.
