Primary Responsibilities Estimate all PSA changes for job starts. Validate Square footage for the job start. Brick, Stone, Cornice, Interior trim, Doors, Hardware, Lumber, tile, and flooring take-offs for new and old plans Perform plan reviews and alert Architecture of defects in drawings. Checking quantities of materials for POs prior to budget being issued. Review ALL option takeoffs before they are loaded into BRIX for Accuracy Value Engineer plans to lower the cost of construction. Provide support and training to Field personnel regarding how the estimates were calculated. Provide detailed quantity takeoffs for every component necessary to build a home. Assist EPO personnel if needed to process variance purchase orders. Learn how sales pricing works and can work at least 2 weekend days
