Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: In this role at Flavor Insights, the Quality Technician will be responsible for performing daily quality control and assurance activities including ATP Swabbing, environmental sampling, approval of raw and finished good materials. Quality Technician will assist the Quality Team in maintaining food safety, quality, and regulatory programs. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Primary: 1. Prepare and perform sensory evaluations 2.
