Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA New Bern, NC PRN SKILLED NURSING Join our team at this beautiful rehabilitative and long-term care facility, located minutes from the hospital and the medical office park. We pride ourselves in a warm, inviting, home-like and comfortable environment, and a commitment to meeting the needs of the patients we serve. Our rehab team works collaboratively utilizing a multidisciplinary approach with nursing, doctors, and our excellent restorative nursing aides, physical and occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This facility has a focus on post-acute rehab for short stay recovery, in addition to evidence-based interventions for our long term and assisted living residents.

Setting: Outpatient Jackson is currently seeking a PTA for a contract position at an area facility where they'll provide expert therapy to patients with injuries or illnesses to help them improve movement, manage pain, and/or prevent the loss of mobility. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials.
